Here I present a very traditional technique followed by grandmas and great grandmas, that is to make a Tindora or dondakaya fry without going through the well known long chopping or cutting process. Huge time saver as you can make it in just 10 minutes. Btw, all my videos are made using natural sunlight with no additional artificial lighting in the kitchen. I love cooking in natural sunlight :) You can use 'Chembu' to make this recipe in the place of mortar and pestle. This is also called as 'Chembethi dondakaya' for the same reason in Telugu language.
