*Forearm (Right & Left) Side Plank
*Extended Arm Plank
*Extended Side Plank (Right & Left)
*Knee Taps Plank
*Shoulder Taps Plank
*Forearm to Push Up Plank
*Plank Jacks
*Rocking Waist Plank
This video is full length. That means, you can just follow whatever I'm doing in the video. If you need extra breaks, just pause the video. If you don't, watch it the whole way through!
