Muri mixture / murmura namkeen / murmura chivda muri, Murmura or puffed rice is a healthy option to munch on. Roast and add in some more healthy ingredients to make it delicious murmura namkeen.
Ingredients :
Puffed Rice - 4 cups
peanuts - 1 cup
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies - 4 nos
Funeral seeds - 2 tsp
Garlic- 15 wedges
Oil _ 1 tsp
