What you eat is one of the most important parts of your pregnancy. It should not be put on the back burner. If you listen to your body & monitor how it feels after certain foods, you’ll get the hang of eating well. It’s not to say you can’t satisfy a craving here & there, it’s making a sacrifice to eat the best you can for you & your growing baby 🫶🏽
Unfortunately, women are usually told to just eat whatever they want & there’s medicine for pregnancy discomforts. I’ve had such a wonderful pregnancy & being conscious of what I eat has played a HUGE part. I struggled with eating healthy for years & once I started learning about inflammatory seed oils, artificial foods, preservatives/processed foods, & toxins, I never went back! You can mix & match any of these breakfast options or do what’s right for you.
I tried to add a mix of more dense & lighter foods, depending on how you’re feeling. My biggest craving has been fruit, so I incorporate a lot. Some days, I could eat half a bag of mandarins 🥰 Remember, your body was made for this!🤰🏻
