How to make Black Urad Dal Dosa:
Take required amount of Black Urad Dal, soak for 3 Hours or more and grind it to smooth batter. Make happy, crispy Dosas and eat healthy.

How to make Spicy Garlic Chutney:
5 Dry Red Chillis (Soak in water while you are prepping the other items)
Garlic - 1 (small)
Sambhar onion - 1
- Peel and cut the Garlic and Sambhar Onion
- Heat a kadai with little oil and toss the onion and garlic in
- Once they are done, grind with the Red Chillis into a paste
- Add oil in a Kadai, add items to temper and add the ground paste and fry until you get a thick consistency.
