Ingredients:--
1] Alu / Taro leaves☘️:- as per your requirement ( approx 10/12 nos.).
2] Besan:- 2cup.
3] Rice flour:- 1/2 cup.
4] jaggery:- 2tbsp.(soaked in water💧).
5] Tamarind:- 2tbsp.(soaked in water💧).
6] Ginger garlic paste:- 2tbsp.
7] Turmeric powder:- 1tsp.
8] Coriander - cumin seeds powder:- 1tsp.
9] Red chili powder🧧:- 2tsp.
10] Garam masala powder:- 1tsp.
11] oil🛢️:- 2tbsp.
12] white sesame seeds:- 1tsp.
13] salt as per taste.🧂
14] water🚰 as per requirement.
{oil for frying wadi's}
For tadka:--
Oil🛢️= 2tbsp.
Mustard seeds= 1/2 tsp.
Curry leaves🌿= 4 to 5 nos.
Sesame seeds= 1/2tsp.
For garnishing:--
Grated coconut🥥

Coriander leaves🌿
