It is chicken time again.
Malabar chicken korma is a popular chicken side dish. Grinded coconut
and spices is added to the curry and thus the gravy becomes thicker and creamier.
A fusion of these Muglai and Malabari components is lipsmackingly good.
Ingredients

For the korma paste
5 tbsp khus khus
½ cup cashews
½ grated coconut
3 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp Pepper Seeds
4 cardamom
5 cloves
1” cinnamon
Curry Leaves
1 kg chicken
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
3 onions, chopped
2 Green Chillies
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato, chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
4 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
