Maintenance of such a large home is not cheap,as well as property taxes, heat, electricity, water, etc. I can for sure say the one in Scranton, PA is so cheap because Scranton is a pretty unsafe town to live in. The FBI states it as “not safe”. ... 10

The city has a rich history in oil. It is located in a quiet area. I have actually seen the home it is beautiful to have been built long ago ... 4
