Blueberry Ginger Cooler
Servings - 10
INGREDIENTS
Water - 500 milliliters
Blueberries - 70 grams
Ginger - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 60 grams
Crushed ice
Soda - 60 milliliters
Mint - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add 500 milliliters water, 70 grams blueberries, 2 tablespoons ginger and bring it to a boil.
2. Add 60 grams sugar and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
3. Remove it from heat and cool for 1 hour.
4. Now, strain it and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours.
5. In a serving glass, add crushed ice, prepared syrup, some soda.
6. Garnish with mint and blueberries.
7. Serve.
