The dr said i had type two diabetes. At 65 i dont have a lot of time to jack around losing 1 lb a week. @The80shilling2 years agoWhen i discovered your channel, i weighed 230lbs atnot good. By using your omad method, and by spending more time on my mountain bike, i am now at 184lbs, after 6 months. At age 61, this is the first diet that has actually worked for me. No counting calories, no weighing food, no obsessing over fat content, or completely blowing the diet because i ate one too many cookies. All i need to do to get back on track, is slightly cut back on what i eat the next day. for some people, omad might not work, but for me, it' s been simple, effective and more importantly sustainable.
