କ୍ରଞ୍ଚି ଛତୁ ପକୋରା, Chattu Pakora odia recipe, Mushroom Pakoda by Ama Ghara Rosei
Chhatu pakudi ( mushroom pakoda ) is a quick , very crispy and crunchy deep fried snack . This delicious mushroom pakora tastes soft inside and crunchy outside ( the outer layer ). Chhatu pakudi ( mushroom pakora ) goes very well with tomato sauce or with chilli sauce or with black pepper. So, must try this quick and super crunchy mushroom pakoda at home and enjoy it hot with your favourite sauce or with chutney or with black pepper powder.
Ingredients:
Mushroom – 250 gm
Chopped Onion – One big
Ginger, Garlic, 3 green chilli, and Curry Leaves crushed.
Besan – 2 tbs.
Rice Paste – 2 tbsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Food Colour – 1 pinch
Oil – 250 Ml.
Turmeric Powder – ½ tbsp
Curry Powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – According to taste
