In this week's episode of The Editor's Note, Nationwide's Tyrone Reid argues on whether or not the trust Deficit Between Customers, Utility Providers and 'Their' Regulator is Increasing along with Utility Bills? "Something is wrong at JPS." Those telling words were uttered by Jamaica's Energy Minister, Fayval Williams, just before she announced that she had called on the Office of Utilities Regulation, OUR, to initiate an audit of the light and power company regarding complaints about high bills.
