Even people that do not practice yoga know the downward facing dog pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana). Yet, many of us even seasoned practitioners are not aware of the right alignment and execution to keep the body safe and have the pose fulfill its purpose and function. In this video we break down the functionality and correct and safe execution.
