To engage your core more do not bend when you' re doing exercises. Instead try to keep it more straight (ps. Doesn' t apply to the last two exercises and the woodchop. But instead bend your body left and right) 3. If you' re a low impact try to not do the whole set of an exercise in given 30 seconds. Instead try to do as much as you can. Save your stamina for the other exercises, do not get all exhausted so much that you cannot go further just by doing one. if you want to get past low impact and you already can do everything in 30 seconds but can' t do a normal impact then try to do a low impact for 15 seconds and a normal impact for another 15 seconds. @Stella673_2 years agoI' m trying this workout for one week (i know, it' s a very short time) height: 158 cm belly: 89 cm waist: 73 cm weig let' s see how it goes. day 1 day 2 day 3 day 4 day 5 day 6 day 7 i am also in a caloric deficit and i walked for 1 hour a day (30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening) p. S. Sorry for my bad english, it is not my first language results belly: 87. 6 cm waist: 71 cm weight: 54. 9 kg my legs look more toned, as well as my belly. i' m happy with the results and i will do this workout again in the future. update (after a month) i did this workout from 5/08 to 12/08 (a week) and i had the results you have read. @blossom_heart77 months agoDay 6of slim thigh challenge, this is the third video today (after warm up and leg videos) and even this video is getting a bit easier as days go by. M day 8 i got through the video without taking extra breaks! day 9 and even as i was tired from the videos i had to do before this i managed to finish without pausing. It helps to know that i have done it before so i can do it again. It' s still challenging stamina wise - i' m catching my breath and sweating while writing this - but i don' t feel like my heart is gonna leap out of my chest in the middle of the workout. Progress! day 10 - i finished the video! I always feel like giving up by the time oblique jacks turn up but i also know by know that if i push through that crest it then gets easier for some reason. I wish the breaks were a teeny bit longer every now and then so i could wipe my sweat and take a drink of water before moving onto the next exercise but i manage day 13 and yep, it' s the extend & twist plus extend & crunch set of four that almost crushes my motivation to complete this video every time. But by now i know that it gets easier after i get through that part. I seriously feel wiped out after those first 5 moves but it helps that i' m expecting that and know i have done it before. day 23 and its gotten noticeably easier! The first five moves no longer leave me so winded i want to stop, and i can finish the video with good form. ...Expand4
