For everybody's information she's Blackpink's main dancer so she always like to dance whenever she has time. She do pilates and I saw her doing boxing too. She also said she eats whatever she wants. I think the reason why she's successful in maintaining her body is because her body is used to her lifestyle. ... 666

It has a lot of cons in the fact that IU only ate an apple for breakfast, sweet potato for lunch, and a protein shake for dinner. Of course, she has mention that she exercised a lot, so the intake in calories from the foods was like if she didn’t eat anything at all. There’s also momo from twice diet, which is more extreme where she didn’t eat anything at all and went to the gym. Just thought of throwing out a two out of many diets that are always seen around YouTube. ... 513

    @rachelenkay95234 years ago But let’s not forget that asians in general are genetically more thin, they have a much faster metabolism aswell. I remember that i took a bmr test once and one of the questions was if i was asian, because they just have it in their genes to be slim. So don’t compare yourself too much to them, when their genetics play a huge role in them being skinny, it’s not just their diet and exercise
    Edit: i honestly just read this in a book about genetics and heard it from multiple asian friends but some people in the comments, that are also asian said it’s not true so take it with a grain of salt i guess. But still don’t compare yourself too much with anybody especially idols/celebrities/influencers etc. a lot of them have nutritionists and personal trainers or are just naturally skinny.

    @awoogandola4 years ago During quarantine, I adopted a lifestyle so I wouldn't gain too much weight:
    - I would trick my brain that I eat enough by filling my plate with food, but the plate I use is about 35% smaller than the plate I normally use.
    - I would drink coffee to give me a boost of energy and not feel lethargic.
    - I drank water frequently.
    - Since I had to learn online, I took omega-3 supplements to keep my brain healthy.
    - Due to the pandemic, my parents wanted me to limit my time outside. That being said, I did a bit of light exercise every morning indoors (which is a lot less exercise compared to how I run for the bus on school days).
    - I also limit my sugar intake because too much of it can make you tired (and I stay up too late those days due to countless assignments)
    This method kinda worked. My weight slightly changes every day (it's normal for me) but it stays around the high 50s. My waistline remains at 27 inches. I dont have a high metabolism, by the way. HOWEVER I stopped having my period because apparently I'm not eating enough. This had me worried, so I am currently trying to eat more healthy foods to gain some weight so I can have my period back. If you're not concerned about that, then this method may work for you. ✌

    @brigettemartinez20053 years ago I gained 25kg during quarantine (I was 70kg) but my body looks about the same just got more fat on my stomach and cellulite but I'm happy. I also want to lose back and go back to that weight. I gained back the weight mostly because I had an eating disorder before quarantine so once i started eating tons I gained the weight from barley eating much.and during quarantine I gave my life to Jesus and gave up the eating disorder. And even if I gained weight I am way more happy than before. I juat want to get fit and healthy. I do think about my past but I'm like "girl nope, you remember how you was then? You think it gonna be different if you do it now?" I would try this but I won't do the kpop diet everyday. Probably every other day or every 3 days. ... 2

Extreme diets make them look as if they'll disappear one day by not eating, all their ribs are visible..it's so unhealthy. It's the main reason why I decided not to even think of becoming an idol coz I don't wanna get malnourished. ... 23

    @luciabautista2864 years ago I do diets on weekdays (eliminate snacking and eat healthy) then eat more than what I usually eat on the weekend (little rice+snacking) , and exercise everyday of the week (but like if I'm tired or busy I just dance and don't do hardcore exercises)...so ya that's what I do to mantain a fit and decent body :)) It's quarantine and though I'm 12, I would want to have a healthy body/diet and a happier lifestyle !! It is also better to start early before you regret it :)) ...

    @maybenoyeul4 years ago I’m skinny ; I’ve skinny waist thick thighs and I’m 5’5 ; we’ve this feeling that once we are skinny we will feel better but this is far from truth,the only way you’ll feel good is when you accept your body as it is. Because even when people compliment my body or me I still am insecure ,I’ve always been skinny but now I’m very conscious what I’m trying to say is it’s okay to work for your ideal body but don’t go too hard on yourself .. work on your dream body while you love your current body ... follow a good routine .. have good sleep .. smile more often ... love yourself... ... 1

    @velvetbiscuit76214 years ago Alsooo so important, lisa has around 1.67 cm (according to google lol) and she is 45 kg. It's MUCH easier for taller people to look slim due to fat distribution. I am 1.57 cm and I have 48kg (I worked out for a month) and still have chunky legs because of my body type (i only got tones, didn't grow any muscle). So at one point you need to consider different things when you reach lower weight because what works for tall people or ppl with certain body types, might not work for you. ... 1

    @soupafleye4 years ago eating slow actually works tho. i always vividly remember my eating habits in middle school vs now and the biggest difference is i used to be such a slow ass eater!😩 like ridiculously slow and i would take my time and actually enjoy the food and id get full sooo fast i couldn’t even finish my food a lot of the time. whew good times i need to do this again ... 8

    @taisiyaba41954 years ago Personally im tired of doing diets, im eating whatever i want, im eating a lot of veggies and fruit , im not eating meat , im trying to reduce dairy product ,im still eating crisps ,ice cream,... of course, im just not restricting myself,im listening to my body. Im trying to exercise everyday at least 1 hour , im doing some workouts and running ,but you can also do: swimming,walking,skipping,basket ball,... dont think all workouts are painful and not funny ,im not a sportive person but with quarantine i started working out ,at first it was like torture but more i did workout more it was easy ,i upgraded my workouts for some more difficult to challenge myself. Im drinking a LOT of water at least 2 liters but i can go up to 3. My original weight was 66kg but now im between 60-62kg (it can depend of how much i ate before weighing myself,or drank,the weight of clothes,...) Dont be too rude with your body, your body is like your second home,treat it well. Make what make you happy ,dont yourself to other ✨. Oh also im 171 cm. ...

    @user-gn6jf8gq8k4 years ago If your body is not naturally thin and you starve yourself to 45kg yes that isnt healthy but what many of you have to understand is that there are people who have a thin body and can't do anything to gain much weight and that's how they are... I have a mesomorphic body type so I can gain weight and lose it if I want to however my friend eats 10 times as much as I do and does not gain weight also she doesn't exercise that's just the way some people are so Lisa is most likely healthy... She is vibrant on stage and is able to endure their concert performances and schedules etc. So don't try to be like her because your body would probably not be able to handle it ...
